Recently, SIT Programming School moved into its own 4-story building in the center of Ho Chi Minh City (District 1). The total space is approximately 400 sqm, with 6 fully equipped classrooms and dedicated workspace for the team.

This decision is not about scaling or expansion for its own sake. It is about quality and long-term stability of the learning process.
The physical learning environment is a measurable factor. Educational research shows that classroom conditions—light, air quality, noise levels, and layout—can account for up to ~15-20% of differences in learning outcomes, all else being equal. For us, this is a practical consideration, not an abstract one.
Having our own building means:
- Stable schedules
- Full control over the learning environment
- Fewer operational disruptions
- Long-term predictability for students and the team

On a personal note, I am genuinely happy about this step. I am not in Vietnam at the moment, but I am really looking forward to seeing this space with my own eyes—not through photos, but in person.
This is a step toward depth and quality, not rapid growth. In education, there really is not another way.
